Really Good Alfredo and Chorizo and Egg and Veggies Goo Pile
Gooey, but in a good way.

Chop up the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms however you like.
Sautée those in some olive oil until they smell good. I like to use a wok so I can push stuff out of the way while I cook something else.
In a bowl, combine 3 eggs and half a cup of heavy cream. Whip vigorously until it looks like it has been vigorously whipped.
Dump the egg mix into the wok and scramble them until they look like scrambled eggs. If you get veggies in there, not a problem, but try to keep them off to the side.
Once the eggs are scrambled, make a trench to either side. Dump the alfredo sauce on one side and the chorizo on the other. It doesn't matter how you arrange it, but the eggs make a nice barrier. If the chorizo is frozen, nuke it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Get the alfredo sauce and chorizo steamy.
Mix it all together, with gusto!
